Mission Statement
|
The Mission of Red Hill Country Club is to be recognized as the best private club of its type in the Inland Empire.
Red Hill serves a diverse membership including members who are athletically active and members who enjoy the Club only for social and dining occasions: successful business and community leaders and those who aspire to be.
While Red Hill's golf course is the Club's hallmark in positioning the Club in the marketplace, it is also recognized for its other athletic and social offerings.
Red Hill strives to create an environment where members eagerly look forward to coming to the Club to be with fellow members and to create an environment which attracts and retains employees who make the members feel special in everything they do.
Red Hill intends to operate on a sound financial basis, including operating on an at least a break-even basis and maintaining a capital fund, which provides for continuous maintenance and improvements of the Club's facilities and offerings.
Red Hill is governed by a Board of Directors who established policy and overall direction for the Club and gives full authority to the Club's Management to run the Club on a day-to-day basis. Together they are proactive in meeting the members' needs and addressing the challenges brought on by constantly changing social, economic and competitve conditions.
